The One Man Circus at the Hookah Lounge

Our protagonist (myself) goes to a Hookah Lounge in a Fraternity Neighborhood to visit a friend. We encounter a strange man who appears to be making advances on us, speaking incessantly about some "Poly Circus". As the mans' behavior becomes more and more bizarre, the main question on my mind is: "Can we lose him?"
